“The Journey To Healing Starts With Self-Awareness”
From a Supportive Friend to Empowering Therapist: Rashmi’s journey began in a close-knit family where supporting others was a core value. This naturally led her to become a trusted confidante for friends facing challenges. Recognizing her passion for helping others, Rashmi honed her skills to become a therapist dedicated to Singapore’s diverse population.
Rashmi’s approach is both compassionate and effective. She skillfully blends established methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness with innovative techniques to provide holistic care. Whether it is exam stress for students, relationship challenges for young adults, or anxiety and depression for individuals and couples, Rashmi empowers clients to overcome their struggles.
Her sessions equip clients with practical tools to build confidence and navigate life’s difficulties with more resilience. She encourages them to recognize their inner strength and empowers them to take charge of their well-being. Clients find comfort in her respectful nature and the safe space she creates, allowing them to explore and discover themselves.
